Welcome to the Vancouver Justice Access Centre’s Self-help and Information Services Website

The Supreme Court Self-Help Information Centre is now part of the Vancouver Justice Access Centre, where self-help and information services are provided. This website is also undergoing some changes. You will now see a wider range of civil law information and self-help topics, as well as references to services that are available through the Vancouver Justice Access Centre. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the website.

Self-help and information services staff in the Vancouver Justice Access Centre may help you get the information you need to prepare your Supreme Court family or civil case or find information about other justice-related civil or family problems.

Drop in to meet our staff. They will help you identify which resources and services you need or they will recommend you visit the Vancouver Justice Access Centre to have your situation assessed. Self-help Information and Services provides assistance in person only.  The staff does not take telephone, e-mail, or written inquiries.


All Public Self-Help Resource Rooms are closed until further notice due to Covid-19 but continue to operate virtually. For assistance call the Justice Access Center in your location for live or booked call back support. Hours of operation 8:30-4:30
